If you read nothing else

The one-line rule.

Haven’t paid a deposit yet → $500.

About to commit more than $20,000, or already working with them → $1,000.

The reason is arithmetic. On a $30,000 order, a 3% correction in price is $900. The $1,000 package exists to pay for itself. The $500 package doesn’t try — it exists to stop you losing the deposit.

Scope, refunds and the awkward cases

Written down before you pay.

Refunds

If we cannot locate the address or the visit does not happen, you are refunded in full. If the supplier refuses us entry, that is a result — we still deliver the footage, the sign, and their response, and there is no refund for that outcome.

If the visit shows nothing

A quiet day is not a red flag, and we will not pretend it is. Factories have slow weeks, holidays and changeovers. Our report records “no dispatch observed today” as an observation — not as evidence of fraud. If you want a verdict from a single quiet Tuesday, we are the wrong service for you.

Access and safety

We only film from public areas unless the supplier invites us inside. If we are asked to leave or refused entry, we leave. We will not impersonate an employee, a regulator or a customer, and we will not misrepresent who we are. Our standard line is the true one: we are conducting a site verification on behalf of an overseas buyer.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled visit for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, we refund half — by then a local person has already blocked the day and, in most cases, travelled.

Payment

How you pay.

We do not take card payments online. Payment is arranged directly with us after your brief is confirmed.

Half on booking, half before we release the report. The total is the fee on the pricing page — splitting it does not change it.

Tell us the supplier, the address and what you are deciding.
We confirm scope, date and fee in writing — then you pay by WeChat Pay or Alipay.
A local verifier goes to the address; you watch live from the gate.
Evidence and report delivered within 72 hours of the visit.

Before you ask

A few of the obvious questions.

What if the supplier refuses to let you in?

That is a result, not a failure. We still deliver the footage from the street, the sign on the building, the address, and their exact response. We do not refund for refusal — the information you get is often the most useful part. We refund only if we cannot locate the address or the visit does not happen at all.

How do I pay?

WeChat Pay or Alipay, arranged directly with us after your brief is confirmed. We do not take card payments through this website, and we do not use escrow platforms.

Can you cover a city not listed?

Usually yes. Cities inside our four main belts are included in the price. Outside those belts we quote travel separately, and we will tell you honestly if the trip makes the job uneconomic for you.

Do you inspect product quality?

No. Quality inspection is a different discipline with different standards (AQL sampling, defect classification) and different liability. We deliberately do not do it. If you need it, we will tell you who to talk to — and we take no referral fee from them either.
